Dan Jeselsohn, Technical Director, has worked as recording engineer on top-selling albums by some of the most renowned names in hip-hop, R&B and rock. As the Technical Director of RTB he has been responsible for all aspects of audio for four seasons of Off-Broadway and community outreach productions including audio engineering, editing, sound design, and front of house sound. As a bass player, Dan has been playing in professional jazz combos and rock groups since high school. Playing with world-renowned bands such as The Toasters, Mephiskapheles, and The New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble, he has toured North America and Europe playing to crowds of over 12,000 people. He has played on bills with Buju Bonton, GWAR, Jah Wobble, Yellowman, Justin Hines and the Dominoes, and the Mighty Mighty Bostones. Most recently Dan has been touring with the dub reggae band, Dub Is A Weapon and reggae production legend Lee "Scratch" Perry. In addition, Dan has established himself as a session bassist in New York City playing on soundtracks for TV commercials as well as records released by Sony Records, Koch International and Epitaph Records. |
